HR Policies

The Human Resources (HR) Manual provides current policy in a clear, concise, and easy to interpret format and is available as a resource for all employees. It is designed to provide a consistent approach to human resources administration throughout the Jicarilla Apache Nation government and should be an effective communication tool among leadership and employees.

Employees are responsible for familiarizing themselves and adhering to all HR policies.

The HR Manual attached below has been approved and was adopted on February 21, 2020 via Resolution No: 2020-R-054-02. Updates that have been made since the HR Manual approval include 2020-R-117-05.
